Simple and handy headbands

Here is a lovely collection of headbands. They’re a very handy way to liven up an outfit or hide a messy bad hair day! They’re easy to find in any accessories shop like Claire’s Accessories (worldwide), Penny’s (Ireland), Primark (UK) or you can easily make one. I made mine with a long off cut of jersey (t-shirt fabric) each strip about 2 inches wide and just platted it. I always get complements on it. They suit everyone and highlight your eyes in a Boho way.

My favorite VonZipper sunglasses

Quito Ecuador.

It’s a pretty big thing to say but, these are my favorite sunnys! I have a lot of sun glasses. I brought them in my shop Onboard and they have been through a lot with me, we have had fun times!

VonZipper have a lot of seriously cool glasses, but in my opinion these are one of the best shapes VonZipper has produced. They are the limited Edition VonZipper, Stache. There were only 150 made and mine are numbered 150. They seem to suit everyone, guys and girls, you can’t go wrong with them.

My new Ugg boots

22nd January 2011, Shanghai China.

These are my new Ugg boots I bought today in the market. They are a little different to the usual traditional ones. They are fun and I love the silver paisley pattern on them. Sometimes Uggs can make you feet look a little bit long especially if you have big feet like me, but I love the paisley silver pattern as it really draws the attention away from that. At the bottom of the boot where the sole meets the boot there is a really pretty floral binding which I love. I’m very excited about wearing them to work, as my toes have been freezing for the last few weeks when I am on playground duty in the mornings.

I was just on the Ugg website http://www.uggaustralia.com and they have a cool new pair of sequent ones.

Gorgeous hat

Melbourne, Australia.

This is my gorgeous friend Pru at the 2010 Melbourne Cup. I think her hat is fantastic, perfect with her black dress. The hat was bought in a vintage/old wares shop in Branxton, Hunter Valley, Australia.

“It was $95, a little more than I wanted to pay but it was just so gorgeous i just couldn’t resist!! haha”

Pru’s vintage glomesh clutch bag also adds to her outfit. The bag, dress and hat are all super handy and can be worn in so many different ways.

The more colour and patterns the better on the slopes.

Mt Ruapehu New Zealand.

I love the patterns and colours in this picture. It’s my lil sis Katie and her friend Martha’s snow gear. It’s so bright, it’s great, such fun and lively patterns. They both look cool on the slopes.

Katie has funky purple floral Helly Hansen thermals on. Thermals can be plain and boring at the best of times. But each year Helly Hansen brings out a new line of patterns and colour thermals to keep us cosy, that I love wearing. It’s great to find thermals that are fully technical and in interesting colours, that you don’t feel like hiding when you hit the apres ski bars!

This is 1 of my favourite of my many Nixon watches! Nixon a Californian watch brand which has a great following and has an amazing collection of surf lifestyle watches. The leading brand style and function in the surf and snow world.

My Rotolog, dark wood has a solid wooden band. It is lovely to wear, goes with everything, is a great piece to wear and I am forever receiving complements on it.
